The only differences were, I already had libstdc++5. I also needed: <BR/><BR/>libglib1.2ldbl <BR/>libgtk1.2<BR/>libgtk1.2-common<BR/><BR/>otherwise GW froze when viewing email, or doing just about anything else.<BR/><BR/>I was also unable to install the .deb file from the terminal, but could do so through the graphical .deb installer.<BR/><BR/>Thanks again, a very helpful post.Chris Williamshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06640422846685877717noreply@blogger.com
